Silver Coin Proposal Endorsements

On December 2, 2005, I inspired over 566 people to endorse my silver coin proposal, and specifically, to email the State of California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to ask him to consider it (although the coin proposal is good for any state, nation, or large employer.)

I have underlined key points in many of these endorsements. I have kept the writers annonymous, because when I asked these people to email the Governor, I did not tell them that I would post their comments.

Soon, I will be gathering endorsements for my silver coin proposal from many people who are leaders in promoting precious metals, investment newsletter writers, libertarian leaders, celebrities, union leaders, and political leaders.

I am writing because I am concerned about our nation's financial condition, and I believe that the only way to prevent or minimize economic catastrophe is to return to the US Constitution's mandate for gold and silver as real money. This would be extremely difficult in today's debt-based society, but the sooner we return to fiscal sanity and responsibility, the less danger we will face.

reasons why modern finances are based off of "paper currency", is
because both people and the government at one time agreed that it
was in our mutual best interest to switch to and use such currencies.
However with all the debt this system has encouraged, and the precarious

The constitution clearly indicates that states can issue their own

I am writing to ask you to endorse the use of honest and real money for Americans - and not just the continued use of FIAT which has no innate value - for Californians (and it is my hope that other states may adapt this measure for themselves in the future) as outlined in the Silver Coin Proposal (see Internet links below) of Jason Hommel.

The Federal Reserve has debased American currency through continual inflation of the money supply, since its inception in the year 1913, to the extent that a US$ today is now worth merely a fraction (4%) of its original value. Indeed, as the situation stands now, the United States may already be headed to hyper-inflation to pay off our indebtedness.

This plan would enable and empower Americans to have and to use real money again (as originally and still defined by the US Constitution), something we have not used since 1964 when 90% silver was taken out of circulation, and therefore be financially protected should anything dire transpire economically.

I love your movies, but now it's time to talk about the real world. The economic and monetary system are about to severely decline. The dollar is weakening due to it's lack of backing of core metals. I encourage you to seriously consider Jason Hommel's silver coin proposal. Vendors are already accepting silver bullion as payments for debt.

If you were to accept this proposal you would be the first governor to recognize a national problem and be part of a solution from its inception. You would be hailed as having the insight to provide sound financial management ahead of any other candidates securing California's prosperity. Californian's would be enjoying profits while the rest of the nation struggled and eventually catch on, much too late. It is also the answer to saving the states pension fund, which is no small feat. And surely anyone doing so would be hailed as a genius with tremendous foresight capable of running anything, including a country with a tremendous deficit.

The downside? Silver right now is still at an all-time low. If purchased at this price, even a slight profit would be made if the program failed. Silver could easily be sold back to the market at spot. Do remember though, by purchasing such quantities of silver, you will cause the price to go up and ignite the interest of other institutional investors. This will also serve to increase silver's price allowing you a cushion of time to decide if the program should be resold at purchase spot prices for no loss, or maintained for profits.

It's a win win situation. Remember, vendors have now been accepting silver bullion in San Francisco for debts for the last six months.

that using honest weights and measures, meaning silver as money is one 
of the best ways to restore so economic order while strengthening the 
economy to function far healthier than that of this ridiculous monetary 
system we now us this day in age.

Article 1, Section 10 of the united States constitution states that 
"make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts". 
This system based on gold and silver is far more superior for the health 
of the economy than is the fiat federal reserve note system that we use

The state could help reduce its budget deficit and create jobs by selling

If Mexico adopts a silver coin, it will help me, my family and friends, sooner, and more - even though I'm a Canadian using primarily Canadian dollars.

The Canadian dollar will continue to remain just as unstable as the US dollar.

My strategy ever since meeting you and other silver enthusiasts three years ago here in Vancouver has been to buy on the dollar cost average system the same amount of Maple Leafs Silver dollars, once a month. What a wonderful feeling! I thank you. Starting in January, I'll be increasing my . . . . . . . . it's odd, with all other investments that I have - I use the word "exposure" . . . . . . . . . with silver and gold I use the "protection" and it feels great. So in January I'll be stepping up my protection!

Now its time to start investing in the silver comapanies. I'm feeling confident, but also at the same time, a little nervous. Up until now, most of my investments have been sitting in mutual funds. I've been studying many silver companies and am learning much (thanks also to you for the lessons learned). You will be the first investment newsletter that I have ever paid for!

I sent a note off to Arnold, as you suggested. What a great idea! iT DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Because I am from a Canadian IP address, Arnold will not be confirming that he received my note from a concerned citizen. Dont think he cares or even knows about Canada. I want the Arnold coin to give to my 16 year old son. He's learning much also. My very first silver purchase is a full bag of bag of "junk" silver and I gave it to him. breaking God's laws against stealing. I like George Soro's Theory of
Reflexivity that states that a lie or manipulation can alter

Dear Jason,

I think your proposal is an excellent idea. I too believe in what God has to say in the scriptures about honest weights and measures. I am new to the silver and gold market and understanding exactly how our economic system works or rather should say works against us. It is very scary. I was a banker for 23 years and have come to the conclusion that I knew absolutely nothing about banking and the money system. I'm sure you have read "The Creature from Jekell Island: A second look at the Federal Reserve System," by G. Edward Griffin and if not you should all I can say is WOW what an eye opener.
